Owning Five Independent Legal Entity Subsidiaries
Ningbo S. Derons Import & Export Co. Ltd was established as a professional manufacturer of polyester yarns and sewing threads, and is located in Ningbo, Zhejiang Province, mainland China. We have five independent legal entity subsidiaries in Yinzhou Ningbo, Yongkang Jinhua, and Yushan Shangrao. Among them, four are dedicated to the manufacturing of polyester yarn and sewing thread and one to dyeing.

Our company covers a total area of over 200,000 square meters and has more than 1,600 staff. In order to provide best quality products, we have 160,000 spinning machines, including 20 setting Schlafhorst Autoconer X5 and Autoconer X6 from Germany, and 22 sets of Rieter Drawing frame D35C and Drawframe RSB-D 24C from Switzerland. All these up-to-date equipment amount to a fixed asset of almost $42 million.
With Stable Annual Production Capacity
We have a stable annual production capacity, which is about 15,000 tons of yarns, 8,000 tons of sewing threads, and 3,000 tons of dyed yarns. Our major product lines are polyester yarns, polyester sewing threads, rayon embroidery threads, tarpaulins and more. Among our products, our branded polyester yarns, and sewing threads are the best received from customers in China and abroad. Our polyester yarns and sewing threads are our value-added line that offers excellent quality at a very competitive price.
